DEAR SIR, WE ORDERED A HOTPOINT TUMBLE DRYER (VTD 020) & WERE INFORMED DELIVERY WOULD BE WITHIN 3 WEEKS, 6/7 WEEKS LATER & MANY PHONE CALLS TO YOURSELVES WE GAVE UP, WE THEN ORDERED A WHITE KNIGHT TUMBLE DRYER (A CLASS 847) & WERE INFORMED DELIVERY WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY BUT HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY BEFORE RECEIVING OUR ORDER,WE HAD NO DRYING CAPABILITIES FOR APPROX 2 MONTHS !

 

NOW WE FIND THE TUMBLE DRYER IS NOT CAPABLE OF DRYING 10 PERSONS CLOTHES QUICK ENOUGH (WERE A LARGE FAMILY IN A LARGE HOUSE) SO AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE IM HOPING YOU WILL COLLECT THIS DRYER AS WEVE HAD IT FOR 6 DAYS & USED IT ONLY 4 TIMES BECAUSE ITS SO SLOW & REINSTATE OUR ORIGINAL HOTPOINT ORDER (I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY A SMALL EXCHANGE FEE AS THE WHITE KNIGHT DRYER IS NO GOOD TO US AT ALL) HOPING YOU CAN HELP US,
