Ordered magazine subscription for Sci-Fi Magazine in July 2004 from MazazineCity.com and despite emails and filling in their online customer service form I still have not had a single magazine after more than 7 months. Emails to them bounce back (even their suggestionbox address on

www.magazinecity.com/about-us---faq-s-requests.html doesn't work). How can I get my magazine or (second option) get my money back ? Neil

Had the same issue - ordered a magazine on 7/23/207 - still have not received it. Customer service rep (yeah, I actually talked to one!!) lied - said she contacted the magazine and the magazine would be shipped the end of January or early February (SIX months?? Oh come on!) Called the magazine myself today - they never heard of me or my MONEY!

This company is a SCAM!! Avoid!! They will STEAL your money!!

I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office today
