We purchased a thermador 30" dual fuel range 6 years ago, since then, we have had nothing but trouble with this product. to state it mildly this product STINKS!!!!!

To date we have replaced the Bake Element , which cracked and was replaced the viewing window again cracked and was replaced and most recently, the back splash which cracked into a million pieces, not to mention 2 of the burner bases are no longer functioning, and we were advised by their authorized agent to simply let it go, since it would be very expensive to replace!!!!

in addition, the oven control clock and timer stall for long periods of time.

THIS PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT, BUT COMPLETELY USELESS IF YOU INTEND TO COOK WITH IT!!!!!!

I have placed a complaint in the past with THERMADOR and again TODAY and no one has had the decency to contact me. I will now place a formal complaint with the better business bureau and any other organization that will allows me my say, on this product.

This Range is NOT CHEAP!!!

The main reason for our purchase of this product was the assurance that we would have use and enjoyment of this range for many years without major problems.

Were we ever wrong!!!!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A THERMADOR PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

Thermador builds only state of the ART TOP-END appliances for upper middle and high class customers! I don't believe

they are Junk! IF anyone has the resources to move manufacturing to China, they do!

Yet they keep thier factory in Huntington Beach, Ca., and keep Americans working!! I have used these ovens and ranges, and they are wonderfull! If they were junk, GE would not source their Monogram line from them!! If by chance you got a lemon, as 40% of anything built by humans can break, I feel they would stand behind it! Do you work for Dacor? If not, give them a look! Direct competiton!!!!
