www.netflix.com I received a 30-day gift certificate for Christmas. I used the service for only the 30 days, but have been billed twice since the gift expired. I have sent them an e-mail message, though they make you jump through hoops to do so. The "Contact Us" link makes you wade through a series of forms that don't apply before letting you describe the problem. There is no phone contact on the site. I found this phone number: 1-800-279-5688 between the hours of 6:00am and 7:00pm M-F, Sat-Sun 6am-2:30pm Pacific Standard Time. on complaints.com and will try that tomorrow. I will also contest the charge on my credit card. There was nothing in the acknowledgments that I received from them that indicated I would be charged beyond the gift period. I find their practices to be shady, at the very least. I may get my money back, but they've had the use of it interest free for two months.
