pages Is it possible to get in touch with this person? I spent almost $2000 between furniture and warranty. My problem is not just stains. I have actual broken furniture. The frame is resting on the floor next to the leg of the couch. I have written with signed receipt of letter and e-mailed.

I have gotten no response at all. I also have replaced the furniture, but I still have the broken furniture in case they needed to see it. I would love to sue them and get a cash settlement. I don't have lawyer because I have never had to do anything like this before. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks you,
