Whirlpool Stove

Hi I have a Whirlpool Free Standing Stove, Model # WGP83801 When I bake cookies on the lower rack postion they burn on the bottom & the tops are not cooked. I have to bake them on the top rack postion. The service tech has installed a new thermostate & there still is no difference.

Would you have any suggestions that I could try.

I am very disappointed in this product. Thanks
