Simi Valley Jeep

I got a letter from them stating they would give me good price on my 97 Grand Cherokee TSI.

After they kept me waiting around and stalling for an hour, they offered 1/2 of the trade in value, wasting my time. Also the sales manager went home while I was waiting for him. Very rude people.
