Western United Insurance (AAA) /2 +months collision repair

My Toyota Camry broad-sided by uninsured (?) teenager in Las Vegas; that driver cited. My Toyota towed to impounding lot; left there a week until AAA sent adjuster. Daily calls to AAA/Western United to get car towed to AAA-approved body shop. Adjuster submitted $2600 estimate (using rebuilt or used parts) which was incomplete, as all damage not listed. B

ody shop gave estimate of $7200, using NEW parts. Body shop and AAA/Western United in daily calls to rectify: three more visits at least from adjusters (one's camera didn't work; another adjuster "lost" pictures of car's damages, etc.) Car was not repaired in timely manner d/t lack of monies approved for body shop to complete work; again, almost daily calls to AAA/Western United to get action.

Finally, when I notified AAA/Western United I was filing a complaint with the Nevada Insurance Commissioner, all of a sudden monies were approved and car was released -- a mere 10 weeks to complete work that should've taken about 2 weeks!!!!

And then, to top things off, when my car insurance bill came from AAA/Western United, my premium had increased d/t an "at fault" accident -- when the OTHER driver was cited for this. That was remedied -- again with another mention of the Nevada Insurance Commissioner
