Mr Howard Hi my name is Shawan Walker I'm writing to you today because I was ripped off by Jackson Hewitt for my income refund and they refuse to take responsibility. They are aware that one of their employee's stole it and she is now fired after trying to cash my check on Sunday February 20,2005.

The bank, Saint Barbara Bank and Trust Tax Payer, is also aware and told me I have Aprill 11,2005 to reissue an another Check.

I am a single struggling Mother of 3 who is trying to make it I cannot afford to wait this amount of time. I myself am a security guard whom tries to prevent theft and I am the one whom is getting robbed. I work for mininum pay and really cannot afford this set back I was looking forward to caughting up on my bills that are now overdue.

I cannot understand why if the check was mailed to the firm they did recieve it one of their employee's stole it why they cannot replace my income tax refund.
