Aol NetMarket - I was billed for $79.99 for a service I don't even use from AOL.netmarket

Aol NetMarket To Whom It May Concern: I was billed for $89.99 for a service called AOL.NetMarket. I have no knowledge of what this service is or why I have been billed. I have made several attempts to call the number associated with this service and reach an automated message stating that the lines are busy and no one will take the call.

The call then disconnects. What actions can take to avoid this situation from taking place again. I've also been billed $9.95 on a monthly basis for a service from National Consumer Alliance. Again...upon calling their number, a recorded message states that no one can take the call. I never subscribed to these services, or ever using them. How can I get a refund on these matters?
