877-603-2312 I ordered $2100.00 worth of tires & wheels for my new mercedes on the company web page. I called the next day to confirm they got my order. I was told by Sheldon that the order was in and that it would be processed and sent out within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called and they told me to "relax", that the wheel shipped out a few days ago. When I asked for the tracking numbers I was told that Mike, the owner, would e-mail them to me. After another few days of calling, I finally received the tracking #'s. When the wheels arrived, I paid to have them installed, and found that two of the wheels were for a Tayota, not a Mercedes. For a week they tried to tell me that they sent the correct wheel. I finally called the manufacture and they told me that I had the wrong wheel. After convincing The Wheel Connection of their error, they said they would send me a return label, boxes and a RA#. The boxes never showed up so I finally packed them at my own cost and

sent them back. The told me that the day they got my wheels, they would ship out the correct wheels. They have had my wheels for over 2 weeks now and I still do not have my wheels. They have had my $ for almost 2 months now and I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ARE THE MOST UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL,

COMPANY I HAVE FOUND. You may save $20-$30, but it will cost you years off your

life! They STINK!

just had the same sort of problem on 8/12/09 I caceled my credit card account and will not open there package, it will be sent back. I wont give these people a dime.

The Wheel Connection thewheelconnection is the most unprofessional bunch of clowns.

I'm surprized the owner (a little effeminate weasle) is still alive. Local rumor is that he has a serious crack habit. He's like 5'9" and weighs 120 pounds and not a single tooth in his mouth.

Sad company and pathetic owner.

Wow, the exact same thing is happening to me. I'm at the stage where quote "they tried to tell me that they sent the correct wheel" unquote and contacting the manufacture probably just to have them tell that I have the wrong wheel. I can't believe this and from the many other complaints I read about THEWHEELCONNECTION.COM, it almost seems like a SCAM.
