Printpal.com is running an offer where you get a free brand-new Lexmark Z600 color inkjet printer when you purchase two ink cartridges (lexmark color 10N0026 and lexmark black 10N0016).

I ordered the two cartridges and they only sent me the printer.

When I complained that I didn't get the two ink cartridges I ordered, they told me that the cartridges that come with the brand-new printer ARE the ones I ordered. They would not send me the two cartridges I ordered.

I paid a total of $57.51 for this order.

Wal-mart is selling this same printer for $26.88.

Summary:

I would like Printpal.com to send me the two ink cartridges I ordered. If they do not, I will take legal action.
