970-377-2160 from Fort Collins, Colorado

McDonough, Georgia I am being slammed with a number 970-377-2160 from Fort Collins, Colorado every month on my phone bill. At first, I let it go (about six months because it was only $1.55), and then I starting questioning BellSouth as to why these charges were on my bill.

The last two months, the customer service person was very nice, but this month, the customer service person I talked to actually accused me of making the calls. I tried to divert her to an internet site that discussed this number and calls being made to this number when people are not home, but she did not want any part of that. She even went so far as to suggest that since I live in a rural area that someone was connecting to my phone outside and making the calls. I then suggested that maybe it was a BellSouth person making the calls and charging them to me. She said she would credit my bill this month, but after that she did not know. Something needs to be done to stop these calls. There are two a month occurring when I am not home (early morning and early afternoon).
