I have a Maytag Neptune stackable washer/dryer unit in my home. I have had it 3 years and have had it serviced at least 12 times. I have spent many days at the laundromat when I had a $1900.00 washer/dryer at home waiting for parts.

I have had my circuit control board replaced. The door latch assembly has been replaced. Along with countless other repairs that I cannot remember. It still does not work properly. I have to reset the last spin cycle three times for each load to get enough water out of the clothes so I can put it into the dryer.

The clothes are so wet it takes almost two hours for each load to dry. I hate my washer! I have had the GE repair man here several times, but he cannot find a problem. It is just a huge piece of junk is all he can say.
