Urbanflorist.com I ordered flowers for my anniversary on Monday and wanted them delivered on Thursday. They billed my credit card the same day and charged me $10 extra to make sure the flowers arrived on time. Thursday rolls around the flowers are not delivered. I call the company and was on hold 3 times for over 25 minutes before being disconnected. I called again later and finally got a hole of someone. I gave her my order information and was told she would call me back after she looked into it. She did call me back and told me that she was talking to the guys who placed the order to see what the mix up was. Ten minuets later she calls me back again and tells me that the order was never processed. So now on my anniversary I have no flowers or gifts for my wife. She proceeds to do or say nothing, not even sorry, and wont let me talk to a supervisor. Finally after I complain enough she decides she will be kind enough to refund my money and says that she will take care of it right away. Now its the next day and still no refund on my account. I call back and wait on hold again for 20 minutes and finally get to a supervisor. He is completely arrogant and could case less about what has happened. He does apologize and says we gave you your money back I dont know what else I can do for you, so why did you ask for me. Great customer service huh. At least I though it would have been nice for them to issue another set of flowers to be sent out today on them for the mix up, but they seemed to think it was not their responsibility. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will never order flowers or anything else from there company again. I would like them to apologize for the mix up and issue some sort of compensation for their error. Urbanflorist.com online flower shopping.
