In August of 2004, my wife and I had ordered a sofa, love seat and chair from Rawhide International in Markham, Ontario. We received delivery of the wrong model of sofa and love seat (no chair) in December of 2004 and have been trying for the last three months to have the correct sofa and love seat, as well as the chair produced and delivered. The total value of the order is approximately $6000.

Since the December mix-up, we have unfortunately run into a variety of excuses from Rawhide that has delayed the "impending" delivery of our furniture (stolen truck, vacations, lost paperwork, production problems, etc...). We are now at the sixth such delay and counting.

To my knowledge our furniture has not even been scheduled for production, yet if I went into the showroom today I could get a new order produced and delivered within a few weeks.
