Best Buy Credit Card - Retail Services

PO Box 60148 City Of Industry City, CA 91716-0148 I’ve sent several monthly payments via mail two weeks before the due date ( and before the recommended mail date) and at least two of them were assessed a late fee of $29.00 because they “supposeivly” received it after the due date. It took over two weeks to process the payment and post to my bank.

The checks both cleared the bank the day the billing cycle started for the next month. I have heard this same complaint from several people. It seems that more people are paying bills online and companies are loosing money on no longer charging late fees which may cause them to look elsewhere for late fees. When I called about this Retail Services told me that they cannot help that the mail system was slow. Tracy C
