I paid off Heilig Meyes yet they were reporting it on Eqifax and Trans union as sold and as having delinquent but reoport to Rxperian as paid as agreed with a 0 balance. I had to keep disputing it through the credit bureau until it was removed. I did not owe a balance.

There is no way to get in touch only through the Eqifax Etc. I had to dispute it over 5 times.
