(845) 297-3100 My husband was in a car accident in Hopewell Junction and instead of being helpful, the manager of the office AND his employees were very rude to me!

They sent a car out to Hyatt's garage as I requested, could not locate my husband for some reason, and then instead of going back and getting him, the manager Jerry told me he "didn't have to," that the garage was 25 minutes away and his office closed in 15 minutes.

I begged him to go out there since I am over 3 1/2 hours away with two small children! Then he put me on hold, at which point he apparently called the garage to speak to my husband and TOLD MY HUSBAND HE WASN'T GOING TO PICK HIM UP BECAUSE I HAD YELLED AT HIM!!!! This is worse than bad customer service! Unbelievable!!!
