Sprint PCS P.O.Box 8077 London KY 40742 Dear Sprint PCs: This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a Sprint PCS customer service representative named Nadine. I called Sprint on February 25, 2005 to find out how to deal with a problem Ive had with my phone service being turned off. After talking with the first representative I requested to speak with the supervisor, Nadine. After being on hold for several minutes, Nadine came on the line. I had to explain my problem to her several times because she did not seem to be listening to the fact that my Sprint PCS account was not over the spending limit and I never received a text notification stating that my service has been turned off. In addition, I had made a payment that day and it has not be recognized in the system. I understand that it takes 4 12 hours to be recognized, but that is exactly my point.
Why should people have to wait that long for there payment to recognized. I have attached a copy of the web page for this shut off period which seems to have different data than what Nadine had. She continued to state that I was over the limit and repeated the same statements over and over. After finding no resolution Nadine simply hung up the phone. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Im only with your service because the Treo 650 phone was only supported by Sprint. Other companies are not this quick to cut your phone off for $125. This is a HUGE inconvenience especially since I will not be able to return a business phone call for 4 12 hours because my Sprint PCS web page (sprintpcs.com) displays different data than what Nadine sees. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I would like to cancel this service immediately with no penalty fee (per contract). I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. Sprint PCs already has a bad reputation for cutting peoples phone off in this area.
