I am very disappointed with your service I am unemployed have 6 kids I work thru temp service I can not believe Its taken you so long to reconnect my electricity all the food in the frig spoiled my kids take cold baths i wonder if i am the only customer this happens to ? not to mention the technician claims he came to my house to connect my service and there were specific instruction for him to call me before connection I never received a call from him and he definitely didn't come cause the gate was unlocked now I am being charged another connection fee and its going to be 48 hours before he comes also on monday I was told around 3 pm that they had a technician on the phone and he was down the street and he would be there before it got dark hmmm I wonder if I am the only customer that this happens to maybe if my last name was White things may have been different.
