On February 5th, 2005 I called in an order for one (1) Yubisaki pillow for my wife. The agreed price was $54.95 including shipping and handling. The shipment arrived by USPS: two (2) cartons, five (5) pillows. Yubisaki billed my credit card $254.00!

I called the toll-free number immediately.

I was offered a return label for shipping and a "merchandise coupon" for the difference in billing. The invoice clearly states (step 3) "Refund: Credit Card Payments will be credited to your account as soon as possible." I contacted the Michigan Attorney General. They contacted Yubisaki and sent

me a confirmation.

Yubisaki has yet to respond to the Attorney General or to me. Terry B
