I will NEVER - EVER purchase any travel arrangement from this company. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered.

 

Call them for travel issues, minimum on hold time is 45 minutes and just as soon as you get someone live to talk to they'll ask you a couple questions and they'll put you on hold again for another 40-55 minutes MINIMUM! If you have a refund issue --- GOOD LUCK!!!!!
