Addition - Elle in downtown Toronto (Yonge Street)

Hello;

I bought a watch at Addition-Elle in downtown Toronto (Yonge Street) it never worked. I had a jeweler put in a new battery, still never worked.

In with the warranty was an address to send the watch if it needed repairs or cleaning. That address was in New York city. I did that October 11, 2004.

To date I have spent $6-8 on a battery $10 US to the address in New York.

I was patient until a couple of weeks ago and at that time I e-mailed Addition-Elle.

No reply. Since then I have e-mailed 4 times to them and no response.

What is the solution with these companies when they choose to ignore customers complaints / concerns? I was a good one and spent a lot of money there. I would appreciate any help in this matter. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
