my compliant is that they charge you by the minute or come to your house witchi have had for the same problem and they didn't fix anything but they go ahead and charge you and i couldn't find anyway to contract them about why they charged me when they didn't fix anything and by the minute you have to wait for them to read out of a book to tell you what to do.
