Whirlpool fridge. Warranty service contractors. Our fridge stopped working on Wednesday. Contacted Whirlpool, they scheduled authorized repair service tech for Thursday (what a nice thing to do). The service never called or showed up. I finally contacted Whirlpool’s service contractor to see why they didn’t show up, and they said they were just to busy to show up.

Because they only service my part of Michigan on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they said they would be out next Tuesday (can I count on that?). Think about not only the product you buy, but the way that company treats you after you hand over your cash.

I scheduled an appointment with a Whirlpool authorized repair company. We were told a repairman would be out between 8 am and 5 pm. My wife took the day off work and waited and waited. I arrived ho9me from work at 4:30. No repairman yet. I called Whirlpool at 5:15. I was told that the repairman was held up on another job and we would need to reschedule. We did not receive a call from the repair facility, I had to call! Very poor customer service from A & E Repair in Denver CO!
