I turned the bonus into over $800 and made a withdrawl from my online account to my bank account. William Hill froze the transaction, claiming that i needed to verify that the acount belonged to me. I followed instructions to fax banking and credit card information to them even though i thought that i only required the banking information. After my faxes were sent William Hill claimed that they could not make out my credit card imprint and asked that i send another lighter imprint.

I asked why they even needed it since the transaction involved my bank account not my credit card. They had no clear answer for that question and i began to believe that they were not going to give me my money. I resent all my banking and credit card information, making sure to lighten the imprint of my credit card as much as possible. They still would not except my information. I offered to have my bank and credit card company contact them and they said it would make no difference.
