Burbank, CA 91503-4324 I was looking for a Kazaa Lite link on Google and the first search result was for a site called Kazaa-Lite.net. I clicked on it and it took me through to a whole host of positive advertising about K-Lite and a download link. Clicked on the download link and it came up with a payment option. I thought that maybe it had gone the same way as Napster so I decided to pay. I went through the online payment procedure and when I finished I ended up at MP3Download HQ. Not a link or mention of Kazaa-Lite anywhere. Having gone back to the original Kazaa-lite.net site I found a disclaimer in very small print at the bottom of the web page (which naturally requires you to scroll down to see it!!) which quite openly admits that MP3DownloadHQ has nothing to do with Kazaa-Lite and that it is freely available for FREE. What you are paying for is an information site. The information they offer can all be found on Google or others sites and appears to be of no monetary value at all. I have emailed my disgust at the apparent fraudulent activity they are conducting and have yet to get a coherent reply. They keep on thanking for me for joining and are sorry that I am not happy. Quote "Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds for annual memberships or longer" Although they operate via Burbank on a PO Box, the parent company, Active Publishing, is listed on most companies information websites (including Dunn & Bradstreet) and has the an address of: E.Bonita Ave
Apartment 103
San Dimas

Tel: 9095920363 I am now taking legal advice on what to do to reclaim my money. Regards S.Kennedy (UK) Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_73464# Consumer
