i have a contract phone fron o2 which i have had since august 04 the phone began to shut down for no apparent reason i took it back and o2 said they would repair it after a week or so i got it back saying the fault had been repaired five days later the same thing happens once more i returned the faulty phone to o2 and asked for a replacement phone only to told they were not obliged to do so and it would have to go for repair AGAIN am i in my rights to demand anew phone or are they right to offer a repair
