If only people will read this report before booking with Cheapestdeals.com. We made the mistake of booking with them and had the same experience as many others. The claimed to pre-pay, never pre-paid. We had to pay upfront at the hotel. They promised to repay us and now the accounting department is hanging up on us. And this was for over $800! What a loss.
