BAC charges on Bank of America credit card account - A SCAM

Hello Folks, Here it goes, First of all BOA has charged 89.99$ from my BOA credit card. When I enquired regarding this unathorised transaction, a phone number is given to me without any satisfactory reply of my request to revoke this transaction. When I called this so called BAC travelAd, it was informed that I have cashed some promotional cheque from BOA so that I have accepted this which I did not do. When I asked to cancel my membership, I got return of 82$ and when I asked for why do BAC return my full amount? Reply was that your case will go under the review board then it will be decided? Being a honest consumer is a crime which I have to face the board review.

It seems that BOA and BAC has tie up for fooling the consumer and making money out of million of customers. I suppose, that it should be taken in hand of Fed or local crime branch to look into. I am thinking of cancel my credit card from BOA but that would not solve the problem because they still be practising this and fooling the consumers. I see here that both parties BAC and BOA are eually resposbible for this. Please aware this to all who are customer of BOA. Parshant K
