My complaint is focused more towards the Ford Co., however Biondi Ford has been a thorn in my side. My car steering wheel is locked and has less than 36,000 miles on it. I called Biondi Ford for help and was informed that this is an ongoing problem with this vehicle. I spoke with Sean in the service dept. He just worked on my car about 3 weeks ago. Now if this is an ongoing problem with the Ford Focus how come this car is not under recall.

They want me to pay 300.00 to get my steering wheel unlocked and they are the only ones who know how to unlock it. In four years my steering never locked. I am also complaining about the customer service from Ford Customer Relations call center. They place people on the phones who have not a clue about what you are talking about, and they respond in a very arrogant and up above others kinda way.

What would it take to service a customer by just having someone come and unlock the wheel? What would it take to extend a courtesy to a customer one time to continue with good customer relations? Ford always wants you to fill out surveys of their customer relations and i usually do. I hope other Ford owners do also and please be truthful. I have sat in Biondi Ford and heard salespersons and others talk to customers in a very nasty tone. They have tried it with me however I refuse to be spoken to in the manner when it is my money you want. Please someone do something about this company
