This product blocks internet access, and Symantec is well aware of it and tries to get customers to fix it by referring them to their internet website. When you call them, they will even give a recording on where to find a solution to the problem on their website.

The service call costs $29.95, you have to get a priority number online, and then you still have to wait forever to get an answer on the phone. The single worst consumer experience I have ever had. I still have not been able to get through to anyone.
