I ordered flowers to be deliverd to my girlfriend on Valentine's day a month in advance. The morons never send the flowers out. They did send the shipping information electronically to FedEx but never actually send the flowers to be shipped.

So even though I had a tracking number, there were no flowers to be tracked. I called today to report the non-delivery and didn't even get as much as an apology. The CS rep wanted to know if I would like them to "RETRY" sending the flowers.

Needless to say, I asked for a refund and am going to take my business someplace else in the future. I'll have to wait and see how long it takes before they credit my money back to me!! Irfan.
