I would like to lodge a formal complaint against BMG Music company.

Thier constant Pop-Ups, are very bother some! And when applying for another companies products, they made it seem to me that I had do order thier products to recieve my original

request.

While doing so, I put in an order for my son. But then realized what I had done. I tried to resend my request . But, they had NO way of contacting the company,etc.

And still proceded to take the money out of my account. An account that is NO longer open Thank's to people of this caliber....

I am very new to the world of the Internet. And very Computer illiterate...

So I feel like such a FOOL !

People like this prey on people who think thier company has good deals. But,what BMG Music is, is just a way to cover thier butt's for NOT selling thier stock in the stores.....
