What they fail to leave out is the fact they are a small group of about 2 ignorant Pass-the Bucks who get nothing done. Whether it be my ‘wrong’ 'incomplete' order that was shipped almost a month AFTER Christmas. Or whether it be my ignored phone messages or emails let’s just say the job did not get done. I filed a Pay Pal complaint and lo and behold the next couple of hours were they ever on the ball then. The ‘English’ guy with the accent who’s name is Brian was on the phone with me within an hour apologizing for his ‘negligent’ worker who he conviently ‘laid off’ the day before.

Well he talked me into removing the Pay Pal complaint with a promise of a free magnetic set, and a refund of my shipping charges as soon as the complaint was removed. WOW was that a mistake removing the complaint since I have yet to hear from them again and it is now February 15 of 2005. Do not bother with this company. Unless you like incompetence, rip-offs and headaches.
