Russell Stover Sugar Free Assorted candies

I purchased a box of candy for my husband for Valentines day and we were both very disappointed because there were only 12 pieces of candy in the box. When I purchased the candy, I looked at the size of the box not the content.

The box consists of a hugh gold candy holder and only 12 pieces of candy. Any other box with just paper holders would have held at least 20 pieces. I feel that this was a hough rip off just because it was a Valentine box.
