Santa Rosa, CA American Family Health Care made 3 unauthorized charges to my bank account. When I spoke to customer service it claimed to represent another business that had called me to sell a subscription to a coupon book or something, still not real sure after the customer service person explained it to me. This supposed other company already had my credit card # and said it would begin billing monthly.

Don't recall any conversation with anyone over the phone, certainly did not agree to sign up for anything and absolutely did not give my card # to anyone over the phone or Internet. AFHC claimed to represent this other company even though it was their very name that showed up on my bank statement. They

would not tell me that company's name nor how to contact it. According to the California Department of Insurance AFHC is not licensed to do business in California. Matthew G
