Phone 1-877-881-9336 Dear Sir/Madam, I entered into a Rental & Revenue Sharing Agreement with International Resorts Network Inc., 4660 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89119, to advertise For "Revenue Sharing" program. I paid by Discover Card $600.00 U.S.D. for 1 timeshare. That agreement became effective on Feb 10, 2002 for 1 year guaranteeing that the week will be rented in 90-180 days. I was never contacted by International Resorts Network, Inc. about my rental. I had talked to Larry Casella several times and he told me the market was slow due to 9-11. Several times during Apr 2002 to Mar 2004 I tried contacting them only to find myself leaving a voice message and then left message but no replies or follow-ups to my voice mail.

My $600.00 was a good faith deposit to insure the weeks of timeshare would be there when they rented them They have never tried to rent my timeshare weeks and I would like my "Deposit" back.
