My name is Kim & yahoo's service department is threatening to cancel my membership b/c a virus has been detected. I use my email for both business & pleasure & therefore it is important that I maintain that account as a means of communication. I have tried contacting yahoo’s service department & administrative department via email but have not had any luck. I need to speak w/ someone to rectify this problem BEFORE the account is canceled but there are no phone numbers or working email addresses. If you or someone can contact me so that we can rectify this situation I would greatly appreciate your quick response.
