Sears Essential store in West Palm Beach, Florida

I see that I am not the only one with complaints about Sears.

I purchase all new major appliances from the Sears Essential store in West Palm Beach, Florida over 3 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. Where does one start with multi complaints? The beginning is good I guess

The refrigerator that I bought came without a bin to catch the ice from the ice machine. Sears in their ultimate wisdom shipped me a, no,not the bin but an ice cube tray. Of course none of that mattered as the ice maker does not work and now I see that the floor and under my cabinets is so wet that they will need to be replaced. Tomorrow will mark the second trip out on this appliance. On to the washing machine that does not drain the water so the clothes come out so wet I much wring them by hand. . When I call the 800# for delivery, no one there seem to know what anyone else is doing so that is also a mess. I have now had to take off two days from work waiting on these idiots, paid a days wages to someone else to stay at my house. All in all it has cost me over $500 of lost wages and still I have crappy appliances and even worse service. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN!!

Take some advice from me, take your business elsewhere, not Sears.
