Sprint Store on Gratiot in Roseville
We had a small problem with one of our phones, it would freeze up and turn off when ever you sent a text message. First it took two weeks to get the new phone which turn out to be refurbished. This phone so far is on its third battery (the phone itself is not charging the battery). We thought it would be a good idea to buy the insurance incase there were more problems with the phone. That turned out to be a bad idea because even though it was them that gave us the bad phone they want to charge us $55.00 to replace it now. We don't think this is fair of them to do this. What can be done to stop there bullying and be more customer service orientated?
Sincerily
Dawn
