Empire carpet I placed an order with this company on 1/21/05. After see their television commerical for re-doing the shower walls.

I later called to have a tubliner included.

They sent a salesman on Saturday morning who appeared drunk and had bruises from the night before. He told me I didn't have a previous order with them and requested a new order and another down payment.

I called the office that following Monday and spoke with several representatives in regards of my previous order and told them about my experience. No one seemed to be able to help me.

I finally spoke with the cancellation department in regards of a refund. I've been calling weekly for the past 6-7 weeks and I'm still getting no where. All I want is my deposit and will never do business with them again, nor will I refer anyone to them. Their staff is very unprofessional. Will or can you assist.
