My husband, mother and I were in burger king august 30 at 17:49 which is 5:49 p.m. the girl that was taking our order was very rude I had to repeat it several times, she seemed that she was more interested in talking to her friends that were in line, once placing our order my husband waited for 15 minutes on the food, because all the kitchen crew and the manager was just playing around in the kitchen area. The cashiers friends that was behind us placed an order and got their food first and they didnt even pay for the food. All we ordered was a Woper value meal, with the coupon get a sandwhich free, an angus shroom burger value meal, get a sandwhich free, a large onion ring and water. If I nwouldnt have already payed the food I would have walked out and told them just what I thought. The restuarant was not very busy at that time neither. In my eyes the customers should come first, and when their are people in the store you should be professional, not be having fun like you could care less, wether you are their or not. The next time this happens to me and my family I will demand my money back and go somewhere where they appreciate their customers.
