Waly Disney World Reservations (Bait and Switch)

August 30, 2005

Dear Sir/Madam:

We booked a trip in April to go to Disney October 1 to October 8 and purchased the park hopper option so we would be able to go to any of the parks any of the days we were there. I was just informed that the Magic Kingdom(the place we will spend most of our time as my 3,5 and 8 year olds will want to be there) will cost us an extra $100 admission on two of the nights as they are having a Halloween party. We have scrounged every penny for this trip and don't have extra money to be extorted to go to the park that we thought we paid for up front. I talked to the people at Disney travel company and they basically don't seem to care but said I am welcome to cancel and lose the $1100 I paid for airfare. Do I have any options besides paying the extra $100 per night if we want to visit the Magic Kingdom on those nights? I feel that this is very unfair as we were not given any warning of these extra charges when we booked the trip. I have always heard great things about your company but my experience thus far in booking this trip is making me feel otherwise.
