Please beware when taking your vehicle to Rockville Audi in Rockville Maryland. I have spent approximately $2,000 in the past month and the vehicle is still does not operate. I have called customer service and not have received a call back as of yet. The mechanics are not competent and they treat their customers unfairly. The service manager is unresponsive and the entire establishment lacks professionalism.
