Dress Barn that is located on 82nd street near Castleton, near Panera Bread in Indianapolis, Indiana.

My mom went there yesterday to ask one of the ladies there a question that she had regarding a credit card from the dress barn that she got last time she was there. My mom is a foreigner and doesn't speak english perfectly well, but is able to communicate with everyone.

When she got there and started asking questions, it is not enough that she was laughed at because she didn't speak english, she also was told that she shouldn't shop if she doesn't speak english. Also since my mom is on disability that was another remark that was made toward my mom, that people on diabilities should not shop. My mom was very upset and i never thought that such a behavior existed, especially in the USA, where majority of the population are foreigners. I am so outraged by this, I will never shop at Dress Barn again or sent anyone from my family there.
