on july 4th 2005 i bought two phones from beepers n' phones in port charlotte florida i was promised a $100 dollar coupon on my samsung e316 phone and $50 dollar on my samsung x475 both phones totaled $492.20 in purchase. my experience in buying these phones was horrible the store didnt print a invoice for me . a week later the place was out of business . i had to get a copy of my purchase faxed to me from another store i couldnt get my coupons i tried calling t mobile at least four times i was put on hold for at least 20 mins each time it has been at least two months and i haven't gotten anywher e with this. i was told that i couldnt return these phones . it is my first time buying from t-mobile and it will be my last. i still have n't gotten any where with my coupons the customer department is useless
