PO Box 660487 Dallas, TX 75266-0487 My complain: 1. Company charges to high rate even it is for people with bad credit. 2. Unprofessional customer service; speaks poor English that you can’t understand and don’t try to fix a simple request. 3. Company checks your credit every month and changes interest rate to whatever they feel like and without telling the customer. 4. Company lower your credit limit even if pay on time or pay the balance off.
