Superb Solution A-1 24 hour Locksmith Phone # 561-6592 I called 411 this morning and ask them for the listing for A-1 Locksmith in West Palm Beach. The 411 operator inadvertently gave me the number listed above. I have used this locksmith on several occasions and the way the phone was answered I questioned them by asking if I had contacted A-1 Locksmith. She said YES IT IS. I then ask them to make a service call to my business to fix the front door lock. When the technician arrived at my office I did not recognize him and he had no identifying information on his shirt so I ask him if he was from A-1 Locksmith and he said YES I AM. Upon completion of his work he was waiting for a check, and I told him that I always send a check he looked like he had a problem with me mailing a check. I then noticed that Superb Solutions was stamped on his invoice. I again ask him if he was with A-1 and he then says “Well sometimes they Subcontract to other companies”. I called the above phone number back again and asked if they were A-1 Locksmith and was told again “Yes”. When I confronted the Woman on the phone that they had misrepresented themselves to me she disagreed with me. I refused to pay the outlandish bill of $128.00 for one lock to be repaired. I have had to have the legitimate A-1 Locksmith replace my lock because I feel that if they are so dishonest to misrepresent them selves as another business in order to take business from a competitor I do not feel comfortable that they might possible have access to my office. This is a very bad case of misrepresenting them selves as another Company. Three times they confirmed that they were another Company. The technician refused to leave my office, until I paid him and even came down from $128.00 to $20.00 just to pay him for his time. Talk about mark-up! This also makes me leery of the Subcontractor that this company is sending out to represent their company, when they will take cash to walk away.
